5 /5 Shawn Knight: I have been with Texans for 27 years, for both auto and home insurance. They have always provided timely and efficient service. They are available for questions via email or phone and always respond to me immediately. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always been impressed by the level of customer service at Texans, and that is why Ive stayed with them so long. In addition, they shop around and recommend better policies with better rates annually, which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

3 /5 Paula Shelton: Been a customer for many years. During annual renewal the Agents(s) are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. Will take back out to market for a re-evaluation if asked. Sometimes I don’t need to ask the Agent will tell me that is what they can do, or what my options are. The reason only rated a 3 is because after you get your re-evaluation back and have questions you either get a different agent or original agent doesn’t respond to call back request or emails. I like speaking to the same person originally spoke to and this is impossible with Texas Agency. This is frustrating as you have to keep repeating what you the issue is.

1 /5 V MFB: They used to be great until they were acquired by a larger corporation, now, if I want them to review the cost of my policy I have to call them and ask for it, otherwise they just let it roll and collect their commission. Actively looking for a new broker that actually does its job.

They have consistently met our needs and are competitively priced. The customer service is outstanding with staff willing to assist in any way possible. With all the things we have to keep on top of these days I’m relieved to know our insurance is in good hands.

5 /5 Richard Anderson: Always polite. Always helpful. Always knowledgeable. Always knows my name. My house was damaged by Hurricane Ike and I needed a small roof repair. My home owner’s insurance company delayed in sending an adjuster so I could begin my repairs. One call to Cheryl at Texans Ins. and the adjuster was sent the next day. I have referred several friends for auto and HO insurance and all have been more than pleased with the service Texans provided.
