Madison Davis Mike did AMAZING with my husbands case! He worked very quickly with getting a felony dropped to a misdemeanor, and his misdemeanor case dismissed! He kept me updated the whole way through answered any questions I had along the way, as well as checking in with my husband periodically with jail visits. Good Life I must admit before choosing Mullen & Mullen. I took advice from a friend who insisted that I contact another law firm whos name I was very familiar with, from constantly hearing there commercial on the radio. When I called the other law firm they set me up an appointment to come in an speak to someone. I went and was very impressed with how nice there office was, however I was not impressed with how much there fees where. Lets just say that I could see why the decor was so nice after I learned what they would charge me for representation. I politely declined and limped right out of there office. I then went home and started doing my own research online going from one firm to another, reading review after review and came across Mullen & Mullen. I called the office explained my situation just as I had done with the other law firm and the first thing that the lady asked me from Mullen & Mullen was would I like to come in? or Would I like for someone to come out to my home to talk with me? They sent someone out, he answered all of my questoins. He was very thorough and professional so I was only a little impressed at this time, until he explained to me what there fee would be. And thats when I became even more impressed. I was told that a Mr. Josh Banks would be contacting me and would be handling my case. Mr Banks always kept me informed with what was going on and would check to see if I was satisfied with the services that I was receiving. He also got me the maximum amount that I could receive without charging me an arm and a leg, the process didnt take long and I didnt have to go into some fancy smancy office. Over all my experience with Mullen & Mullen has been great! Keep up the good work Mullen & Mullen!

Danielle Loughmiller I was referred to this law office and spoke to a different attorney, who told me he did not handle the issue I was calling about but referred me to his colleague Don Biard. After several attempts, Don finally took my call. I explained what I needed (which was not overly complicated). He suggested we write a letter to the 3rd party with instructions on how to deal with the issue, to which I agreed. In following up, I called at least once a week to get updates. He never again took my call. The person who answers the phone was not helpful at all either as I had asked her to get the updates and relay them to me since it was not necessary for me to speak with the attorney just to know if the letter had been sent. She was unable to handle that. Always an excuse for why she did not know the answer. After several weeks, I called the 3rd party to at least ask if they had received a letter from the attorney. They had not. I discussed the instructions with them and they informed me that those instructions were incorrect!!!! SLOW AND WRONG!!!! At that point, I gave up and asked the attorneys office to cancel my case. Not worth the aggravation!
