Biard Don - Paris (TX)

1 /5 Danielle Loughmiller: I was referred to this law office and spoke to a different attorney, who told me he did not handle the issue I was calling about but referred me to his colleague Don Biard. After several attempts, Don finally took my call. I explained what I needed (which was not overly complicated). He suggested we write a letter to the 3rd party with instructions on how to deal with the issue, to which I agreed. In following up, I called at least once a week to get updates. He never again took my call. The person who answers the phone was not helpful at all either as I had asked her to get the updates and relay them to me since it was not necessary for me to speak with the attorney just to know if the letter had been sent. She was unable to handle that. Always an excuse for why she did not know the answer. After several weeks, I called the 3rd party to at least ask if they had received a letter from the attorney. They had not. I discussed the instructions with them and they informed me that those instructions were incorrect!!!! SLOW AND WRONG!!!! At that point, I gave up and asked the attorneys office to cancel my case. Not worth the aggravation!
