1 /5 Brandi Priest: Substandard. Ive had very little contact with, meeting him for the first time in court after only 1 or 2 phone brief chats. I had to repeatedly ask for documentation and updates. explaining anything, asking any questions, confirming anything directly to me. I didnt receive documentation until a couple of days ago, at the end of my case! Billable hours were not shared with me either. I asked for research to be done on a couple of things with no results/reply! He either forgot or it wasnt worth he handsomely paid time. I received a few emails summarizing his interpretation of current status (which were wrong). I received more information directly from the Court than I did my own attorney. Keep looking for another attorney if youre looking for a subject matter expert who is being paid for that expertise and youre expecting them to be transparent working on your behalf. Hes fees are exorbitant compared to all of the other attorneys Ive dealt with. He ensures all of his fees are paid up front and initially compared to anything else being paid; too so be aware of that. Youre better off to do some research upfront so you can challenge and make demands of an attorney which really trumps the expense of hiring a subject matter expert.

They are numerous Bankruptcy Attorneys, dont look anywhere else, you will receive excellent service with any questions, you might have, my answers to Mr. Simpson, were always answered within a 24 hours period, he is a true professional, and I am blessed that he was the one took care of my Bankruptcy case. I feel so much relaxed since Ive been with his firm! And I pay my fees based on what I can afford! And he doesnt harass me for more money! Like bill collectors do! Ive never met him in person! But I have talked to him on the phone very nice man & well spoken! And if I need anything or have questions! Hes right on top of it! No doubt! 5 /5 Longhorn Collision & Dent: Evan always answered questions I had and was never in a hurry to rush me off of the phone even before I paid him. Cat was always attentive and made it a point to get the right answers to any further questions I had when Evan wasn’t available. They were quick to act when I needed them, and made sure my case was handled in a manner that protected my best interest. 10/10 I would recommend if you’re in a bind.
