Highly highly recommend going in and opening a bank account with these wonderful women. Not only are they welcoming very knowledgeable and helpful. The bank is amazing as well. 1 /5 D Owens: This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at any TDECU. This branch has single handedly caused me to seek other banking options.
You will wait 30 mins to an hour every time. They have hours posted, but close before the hours on the window. I love my tdecu in lake jackson. This place is far from what it should be. Hopefully someone can show some interest in customer service one day.
Sadly disappointed every time.

You have to call a main center, talk to someone who is obviously in another country just to get an answer, ridiculous.
I dont know why customers put up with this garbage.
4 /5 Richard Rivera: I like that your cash, and check deposits post to your account immediately. If your check is a large deposit, you may have to wait a day or so to have all your funds available to you but its still one of the best banking institutions around.
