Kimberly J I got a loan with OneMain Financial to help build my credit a while back. Since then, I’ve received multiple emails saying I’m approved for a loan increase. But every time I apply, it says I’m approved then someone says I need to use my vehicle as collateral. That was never mentioned upfront on the application, which feels very misleading. On top of that, I had a scheduled call they never made, and when I followed up, no one called me back like they said they would. So I contacted the store and spoke with i believe someone named Maria and I explained everything and asked to be removed from these misleading emails. The woman said she’d remove me, then hung up in my face. Overall, poor communication and false advertising.

D Me Its been a month and no money for short term disability. My adjuster took 3 weeks to talk to me 1 time all bc i bugged the crap out of her. Ive called today and requested a supervisor call back for the 3rd time. Nothing is getting done and due to being a single mom paying the bills ive had to resort to getting food pantry food and taking out my 401k just to pay bills and medical expenses.
