5 /5 M Moore: I was introduced to Taylor Insurance Agency through my mortgage loan office. He connected me with Mauricio Ruiz who found a comprehensive insurance package with Allstate. He was very responsive and great to work with. After my loan funded on Friday, Allstate apparently doing their due diligence, went to the property over that weekend and saw the massive trees which I had already scheduled to be cut once the loan funded and home became mine. The following Monday after closing I had all the trees cut and cleaned up away from the roof and structure. Two weeks later I received a cancellation notice due to the trees. I contacted Taylor Insurance Company and was connected with the very polite and professional Vanessa Aranda. After explaining the issue and providing her photos along with the processed payment showing the date the work was performed, Ms. Aranda explained the process so I knew what to expect when if my request was accepted or denied. Ms. Aranda worked with Allstate on my request to reinstate my insurance. She kept me informed and notified of the great news that Allstate reinstated my insurance policy. I am truly grateful to Allstate and to Ms Aranda for going above and beyond to make my experience, positive and less stressful. Ms Aranda is truly an asset to Taylor Insurance company and I would highly recommend working with her and Mr. Ruiz for any of your insurance needs. Thank you very much Ms. Aranda and Mr. Ruiz.
