Previously, I was working with another agent (Adam Legett) in Plano. When I changed my vehicle, I needed to update my policy to the new car. Unfortunately, their office was completely unresponsive. I spent nearly 20 days without insurance coverage—despite multiple phone calls, emails, and even escalating the issue by tagging the agent in communications. Shockingly, no one got back to me. That’s when I turned to Lisa from Pete Knight’s office in McKinney—and she resolved everything within minutes. She truly came to the rescue. In another instance, someone rear-ended my car and tried to file a claim saying it was my fault. The case dragged on for months with no clear communication from State Farm. Once again, I went to Lisa, and she immediately stepped in, took charge, and made things move forward. Fingers crossed for a resolution soon—but I can already say, she’s the best!
