Recently there was a change to my policy (darn Texas hail storms) and they called to make sure I saw and understood the change. They also highlighted a few items in my policy that often go overlooked and are not included in other policies - talk about peace of mind. While many folks hire brokers and change policies annually looking for the best price, I will remain loyal to Tammy and Karen and the State Farm team as I truly appreciate their first class service (oh and they have great Thanksgiving pies too)!

I also had an unresolved issue with my windshield from a previous claim in Georgia. Thankfully, I discovered a State Farm office right in the same complex where I now live. Ive been with State Farm for over 30 years and didn’t want the hassle of shopping around. Karen made the entire transition incredibly smooth! She not only handled my renters insurance right away, but also helped me navigate options for transferring my auto policy. She even connected me with someone who came out and repaired my windshield on the spot. Now that my vehicle is squared away, Karen will be finalizing my auto coverage—and I couldn’t be more grateful. 5 /5 Powers L: I visited Karen today. She took a lot of time with me and went over both Homeowners & Vehicle policies. Karen is very knowledgeable and she is open to discussing policies intricate details. She explained about Actuaries deciding rate increases. She was very down to earth & helpful. The thing I like about SF. Is they have their own internal system to determine any Risk Adverse Assets and they do not report claims to Lexus/Nexus. Which, should be a layer of protection from privacy & disclosure issues. Most people don’t even know about the CLUE Report. Our legislators give away to the insurance industry. I like that SF has remained independent. Dwelling coverage and Replacement is designed to rebuild at actual cost not depreciation cost. The policy language & the agent clarifies Dwelling details. I appreciate Karen and the office staff. I felt relieved after my visit.
