I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.
