Colin Marlborough My Wife and I visited Lufkin to attend our Granddaughters wedding whilst there my wife decided to have her engagement ring remodelled and a repair to an ear ring post that had detached from its bed. Miss Amanda seen to our requirements and advised us what was available and could be used in the remodelling , due to time constraints we had a very short window to have the work completed. Miss Amanda spoke with the Jeweler Mr Simon and he advised us the jewelry would be ready the following day. Revisited the following day, and my Wife was over the moon the ring was outstanding and the ear rings back repaired . They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.
