We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

Today’s visit proved beyond true on all accounts. Peyman Jo Beautiful, durable, timeless jewelry that never fails as a gift. You can never go wrong with James Avery. Here are some of the pieces I bought my wife, which she says are her favorites. They have a great variety and jewelry pieces for all occasions. I love how they are constantly introducing new pieces to their collection. The staff at this location are very helpful and kind. I’ve had to make a few exchanges and never had any issues. Yes, they have jewelry for men too!

Jennifer Beagley I can’t recommend Amanda enough! We had an overall wonderful experience here. I wanted a yellow lab grown diamond and Amanda found so many for me to look at and helped me pick the perfect one! She also did a great job of offering tips and ideas while still letting me design my ring exactly how I wanted. Amanda moved as quickly as we wanted; no rush or pressure. Once we picked the design and diamond we got the ring super quick as well. The ring is absolutely flawless and exactly what I hoped it would be.

He taught me a lot of gemstones and diamonds, took the time to teach me the basics all the way to the small and intricate details. I would definitely recommend people to ask for him as he takes all the time to explain, guide and show you all the gallery that they have. He even goes the extra mile to ask for constant feedback from the end user and provides additional help on giving you the best price. I would definitely return to have another conversation with him and gain more knowledge and experience with jewelry
