Deen Huckaby Rarely will I ever write reviews for business’ I frequent, but I believe The Broadway Bank in Kerrville and everyone associated deserves it. I’ve banked with several banks over the years but never have I banked with an establishment so efficient and helpful. Every single employee under that roof is beyond helpful and happy every time I come in. They make you feel like family…each and every one of them is ALWAYS so attentive and helpful. Initially, I had Lisa B.helping me with everything I needed, and soon after it became abundantly clear that every reason I loved Lisa for, was present in each employee. They have made banking so easy and I truly enjoy each visit to Broadway Bank. I used to not pay any mind to wherever I banked just as long as I was taken care of, but now I’ve never been more proud to say that I bank with Kerrville’s Broadway Bank. To all the employees, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every single one of you are awesome.

Ashley Bonds They said I was approved for a loan. I submitted additional information and they come back and said with my additional income I have a negative budget which makes no sense. These people are dishonest, don’t know what they are doing and are not properly trained in customer service. I would not recommend getting a loan though them as they will run your credit 2 to 3 times and offer to help dispute the inquiries only to not be of assistance at all.

Carlos Gonzales Well first of all the lady that took my application wasnt too smart. She took all my information and she told me she would call me in 30 min or and hour I said okay . So I left she never called me. So called about 11:00 clock almost two hour. I called and I ask her what the status on my loan ? Oh I forgot I didnt take your social. So she call me later on and your loan was denied. I dont understand all I wanted was to improve my credit score she could $125.00 and I wouldve mind it. I have credit 4 area in town . And this rinky dinky place denied me. And pay my loan on time never been late.
