1 /5 Ashley Bonds: They said I was approved for a loan. I submitted additional information and they come back and said with my additional income I have a negative budget which makes no sense. These people are dishonest, don’t know what they are doing and are not properly trained in customer service. I would not recommend getting a loan though them as they will run your credit 2 to 3 times and offer to help dispute the inquiries only to not be of assistance at all.

1 /5 Kurt Bordor: These people NEVER pick up the phone I had to call nonstop for 5 minutes just so they can pick up and put me on hold before I could even say hello. They would rather let the phone go to voicemail rather than picking up. I’ve been trying to pay off my balance for 2 weeks now and I was told specifically to call them if I want to payoff or make additional payments. Terrible service. I will stick to AVANT.

1 /5 Jennifer S: ***** UPDATE ***** After some time I eventually did obtain a loan with OneMain. What a mistake!! Do NOT trust these people! Ive been forced to seek legal action against them for fraud. I had $11,561 in funds sent to and deposited by them on 7/15/2024. I know this because I have copies of the deposited checks from my banks. It is now 8/23/2024 and the funds have yet to be applied to my account, and OneMain has been unresponsive to say the least! Ive sent emails, called, and sent certified letters - all of which were met with no response. I have been forced to seek legal action in order to elicit a response. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AND TRUST THEM TO HANDLE YOUR PAYMENTS RESPONSIBLY. NOT TO MENTION RESPOND TO YOUR CONCERNS! *************************** STAY FAR AWAY!! They tell you that you are approved and even set up an appointment for you to go in and finalize things. Then you take time off of work and drive 45 minutes to go to the appointment only to find out that you were not approved after all. And yes, I know the difference between a pre-approval and approval. I was told that I was APPROVED. In addition, I have tried for 3 days to reach them by phone and they just do not answer. Sleazy.

1 /5 Kathy Hale: Worst customer service ever! Was called today an hour before closing on our loan to say the underwriters changed their mind after we had rearranged our schedules to take off from work to be at the branch to sign papers. They could not tell us why the underwriters changed their mind about approving the loan at the very last hour. All they could do is tell us that we would get a letter in the mail within 30 days. Like that helps tremendously. Everything for the week and a half prior to signing the loan was just fine and everything was approved until an hour before closing. Absolute worst, most horribly run branch that I could even imagine. I don’t know how they even stay in business. I’ve just gone through and read some of the reviews. I definitely wish that I had read these before I ever applied with one main financial. They are frauds and the worst company. I don’t even see how they could have any kind of rating with a Better Business Bureau.

1 /5 MS P: Reading some of the reviews as I come here to leave my own was additional confirmation that I’m 100% correct with my experience dealing with this branch. One of the reviews gives detail on how rude & obnoxious the branch manager, Zenab is. It even mentions her lying habit, SPOT ON! I literally just reported this behavior to the corporate office & was furious to hear that she had basically lied on me in regards to my account. I paid nearly 100% of the borrowed amount only to deal with disrespect & hostility when “I” reached out to the branch to notify of a hardship period. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. Sure times are hard but this vulture of a company does not offer anything other than a temporary fix that will cost nearly double to pay back. Not worth it. Trust the honest reviews
