The dream team _ The seating area is actually disgusting. Gross stains on seating. Totally unacceptable for a bank this big. Employees untrained and because of this incompetent. It is not the employees fault, just so poorly managed. The CEO is worth 50 + million and they have untrained employees and stained chairs in lobby.

GG Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it.
During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees.
Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!
