5 /5 Deen Huckaby: Rarely will I ever write reviews for business’ I frequent, but I believe The Broadway Bank in Kerrville and everyone associated deserves it. I’ve banked with several banks over the years but never have I banked with an establishment so efficient and helpful. Every single employee under that roof is beyond helpful and happy every time I come in. They make you feel like family…each and every one of them is ALWAYS so attentive and helpful. Initially, I had Lisa B.helping me with everything I needed, and soon after it became abundantly clear that every reason I loved Lisa for, was present in each employee. They have made banking so easy and I truly enjoy each visit to Broadway Bank. I used to not pay any mind to wherever I banked just as long as I was taken care of, but now I’ve never been more proud to say that I bank with Kerrville’s Broadway Bank. To all the employees, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every single one of you are awesome.

2 /5 Angie Ballesteros: Apparently, no one listens anymore!! “. Becky is the woman to go too. #1 customer service. And not to mention Branch Mgr had she’s irrelevant. Perhaps, this is not the bank for you Angie. I’m having a hard time understanding you. Say WHAT! I’m done!

1 /5 Karen Bammel: Although the staff are nice the policies of this bank are bizarre. It took over 2 months to transfer securities to a broker and the account was charged $25per security! Oh and they charge for 1099s. Bank software is antiquated and difficult to access on a good day. Suggest you place your money elsewhere

1 /5 Kylie N: So disappointed with the drive thru bank at this newly built location. The fact that there are only two lanes in the motor bank (one of which is commercial and very difficult access from a car anyway) makes this new location an absolute disappointment. Having such an ineffective motor bank in the midst of COVID-19 is sad indeed! I definitely do not recommend this bank/location if you regularly use drive thru banking assisted by a bank teller.

5 /5 Jana Williamson: We recently transferred several accounts to Broadway. Lisa made it painless! She was so helpful and could answer all our questions about every kind of account. The team at this branch is very friendly and accommodating. I am thankful we chose them for our banking needs!
