Jen and her co-workers have been so good to me. Last year when I couldnt afford them and lost my car they extended my quote for me for 10 days to be able to cancel it so I would get into debt with them, giving me the opportunity to renew when I got back in my feet. Shannon Davis I would like to give a shout out to Misty at State Farm in Marshall for her follow up and assistance to getting a car removed from my policy that was sold almost 3 months ago. Not sure why they can add a car in minutes, but it takes months to remove? Although the car is still on my policy and my issue is not resolved, she has been fantastic with customer service, follow up, keeping me in the loop. Thank you Misty! State Farm, you can do better!
