She immediately verified no conflicts of interests over the same phone call, explained to me that the confidential consultation would be recorded, and then offered me 3 options to meet with Mr. Palmer: phone, video conference​, or in-person. I chose in-person and she was able to schedule my consultation to occur quickly in just 2 days.
