1 /5 Pablo Trejo: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the legal services provided by this firm in handling my criminal defense case. The lack of attention and support I received from thee associates was unacceptable and detrimental to my case.
On two separate occasions, I had warrants issued for my arrest due to their failure to update my court date in the system. This negligence caused significant inconvenience and stress, as I had to deal with the consequences of these errors.
Furthermore, the misrepresentation of my case to the judge during a court appearance was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of understanding of my situation. This misrepresentation could have had serious implications for the outcome of my case. I emailed them in great detail about an injury I sustained during an active shooter and they proceeded to tell the judge I was in a major car wreck which was false.
The overall level of service provided by this firm was poor, and I felt compelled to write a letter directly to the District Attorney to address my concerns and all the discrepancies.I lole to think that the result of my efforts, the charges against me were eventually dropped, not due to the efforts of the firm, but because the District Attorney chose not to pursue the case further.
Despite paying a substantial amount of money,$5k, for their services, I felt that this firm was more interested in pursuing additional fees,$3k+, rather than providing effective representation or even hearing me out. The constant billing, even when I was unable to reach their associates for assistance, added to my frustration.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation, particularly in criminal defense cases. I believe that this firm lacks the necessary skills and dedication to provide effective defense for clients.
