1 /5 Brooks Mcgarity: I had a very bad experience with Ms. Jones that cost me $15000. I hired this attorney for my brother. Before I SIGNED THE CONTRACT as well as after and paid her $15,0000,Dayna spoke and shared everything with me, until I called her out on her deceptiveness and dishonesty, then.she pulled the you are not the client and terminated the contract..Oh how i wish i could share with you all what i am speaking on. I will say she does respond quickly. I worked with Ms. Jones for over a year and she said just enough to keep us. She even offered some of my funds back, and i didnt accept, because I trusted her. Please be careful when hiring this attorney. So now I am going up against Ms. Jones to get those funds she previously offered back. Dayna you know as God is our witness your were deceptive and dishonest. .Dayna Please Stop, You know darn well what you did. I have email after email where you were deceptive and dishonest. While you are here ...Why did you offer to give me the unused funds when i stated i was going to fill out a CIU intake form? Why didnt you inform me you were going to be working with the CIU regarding his case? Isnt Bexar County CIU services free? If I could attach our conversations, before I paid you and while you were still his attoney, and let the prospective clients be the judge if you were deceptive and honest or not?
