Ebby Martin Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX are amazing!! I placed an order on the corporate site and after payment, my receipt indicated I was scheduled to receive package WELL after graduation. Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said Ill still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. Try your local Jostens representatives directly, if you cant get through to corporate. They are working tirelessly to really take care of everyone. THANK YOU Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX!!! Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.

Nadine guided us through the process with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. She had a lovely demeanor that made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to listen to what my sister wanted, explained options clearly, and made sure we felt confident with every step of the decision. I also want to mention the gentleman who cleaned our gold chains—he did an amazing job and was so kind. Our chains looked brand new, and he made the experience even better with his helpful attitude. Overall, the staff here went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Nadine if you want someone who combines expertise with warmth!

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! I hope everyone has a great day but I hope Lauren has a stellar day every day for the day she helped me make!

If you’re looking for honest affordable work done on jewelry or have him make you some jewelry which he’s doing for me highly recommend I get a really good vibe from the owner. Both my husband and I left there saying that after our first visit, we get the honest dealing vibe not like you’re gonna be taking advantage of at that location highly recommend. I came back to update my review to show you what he made for me….it is just beautiful!!
