John C I am closing my account with Momentum Bank. It started when I wanted to help my brother-in-law cash his stimulus check. At first, they said they would do it, if I deposited the check into my account and the funds would be available at a later date. Fine, no problem. Then, they say no, they cant do it since my brother-in-law is not on my account. Then she says very rudely: "Take it to Wal-mart, they do that kind of thing". I had 10 times the amount of the check in my account at the time! I guess they really did not want my business that bad. I went to my other bank across town and they gladly cashed the check. Goodbye Momentum Bank.

Martin Towey We had another advisor for over 10 years suddenly up and quit on us. The firm he was with never even told us, and were unapologetic, when we finally found out from a missed meeting that no one was servicing our accounts in the meantime. We interviewed multiple firms and were surprised how many bad firms there are out there. Unprofessional, uncaring, and frankly uninformed, all they wanted to do was talk about themselves. After speaking with Edelman Financial Engines we were optimistic and ended up with Mr. Chase G. and he/they have been nothing short of excellent since. Despite a couple of stumbling blocks with the transferring of funds between old and new Chase has been professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and apologetic. He quickly took the reins and has since taken over both mine, and my mothers, financial planning with the personal attention youd give to your own. Very inquisitive and mindful he has taken the time to truly ingest our needs and then find the tools to address them. Fantastic personal touch I feel more like Im his brother than a client, I cant recommend Chase G. enough.
