personal business I give this location a 5 because 1 apple doesnt spoil a tree. Yes I can agree that it isnt perfect but I was very impressed with Lucia ,Christian,Alexandria and a couple others. These three Representatives of the branch go above and beyond. They all have taught me something new about the app, banking, credit card, even multi ways to activate a card. I was most appreciative when Alexandria made it easy for me to accomplish multiple transactions even tho I didnt complete a step prior to arrival, the same with Christian creating a safe space to ask questions with no judgement for my loved ones opening accounts and Lucia going the extra step to make sure the ATM is working, even while in the rain .. I cant say mistakes cant happen and other folks experience arent accurate, what I will say is what I have experience is if I bring something to their attention and its legally allowed(because of course they dont own the bank they just work there as physical beings trying to assist account holders) they always go above and beyond to effectively provide positive results. Lucia does an excellent job as a Manager for a financial facility and treats people with care and respect. I appreciate her work ethic. Definitely are the reason I havent quit this banking system and even told others to join.

Deb Tx Erik and his team are the best solidified coworkers! Every one of them have the same passion as Erik for getting correct information quickly. They all care about our personal wellbeing as much as they care about taking care of our financials. We highly recommend them!

Darius Steen This company is an absolute lifesaving measure. I was able to secure things because of their efforts and options. They work with you, even throughout your worst times, and even provide ways to assist in any situation if they can.
