1 /5 Jane Haile: UPDATE!!! Left this amazing review a year ago. I was able to get a loan and all my interactions with the office have been amazing! BUT TODAY after being laid off of my job of four years I get a call from a SHARON who was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her to email me the form she cut me off was snappy and just totally lacked any customer service! I am shocked I’ve only ever had good convos but with the new staff I don’t even want to answer them. She ends the call with “get the form to me today” this girl is having a bad day and taking it out on long time customers. So sad. So unfortunately it’s no longer a PHENOMENAL place due to SHARON! This place is PHENOMENAL. First time getting a loan and Darrick and Jamie were/are amazing. Worked with me to understand my loan and gave me all the things! I would recommend everyone to visit Lendmark. Darrick ALWAYS helps me with whatever he can and if he’s not there Jamie is the same way. Love this place! It’s never a bad day when you talk to this office! Thanks guys!

5 /5 Darius Steen: This company is an absolute lifesaving measure. I was able to secure things because of their efforts and options. They work with you, even throughout your worst times, and even provide ways to assist in any situation if they can. Big shout out to Derick and Jaime for staying connected with clientele overall to ensure everything is okay. They are incredibly helpful, encouragingand not predatory by any means. Thank you team.

1 /5 Justin Spann: I would never recommend this place or any entity that works with these people. Strung my wife an i around for no reason. Over a 6k vehicle that could’ve been payed off in 6 months to a year. My wife an i make good money but they dont care about the money they rather discriminate against us. Worst experience ever. If i could write 1k more of these reviews i would. You guys suck.

1 /5 Kevin Harris: I was told that this company works with people with credit issues. THEY DONT. They got all my info and denied me because I made a few late payments on a loan I paid off years ago. Almost like they were looking for reason to say no. What a waste of time after giving them my personal information. I hope they dont selll peoples data. Place seems shady.

1 /5 RoBeezy: Stay Away! Loan sharks for desperate people, I know I was/ is one of them. Interest is criminal. I totally regret getting a loan through them. Go to your bank, a credit union. Places like this should be illegal, they definitely take advantage of you. You will be paying a loan for years!!!
