1 /5 Nicole Johnson: A relative and dear friend passed early this year. A pillar in the Thompson/Richmond, TX community working for years at the WA Parish plant. We visited Don Schwartz Law Offices seeking assistance with original last will and testament Don prepared. The initial visit to Dons, showed NO empathy with a cold quesionaire with no guidance. This was a devastating loss to my family and Dons delivery was alarming because instead of providing us with the original will he asked for a copy of the copy we had of the Will. We did not receive the service expected for his years of servicing the community. Shocked and felt profiled, leaving the office with no answers only frustration. It felt as if he treated us as less than because we are African-American. His lack of compassion during this time, is the reason I had to post this. I would not recommend his services when it comes to handling the family after a loss of their loved one. Finally, today 6 months after the passing he provided the original copy of the Will. Disappointed from the service Don provided.
