We could not be more pleased with Ms. Coburn or the guidance that she gave us. She walked us through the entire process personally and let us choose to meet either via Zoom or in person, depending on which method best fit our needs. Between our initial meeting with her and our final meeting with her on the day that we reviewed and signed our documents, she answered our interim questions without delay. Her answers were always clear and concise. Finally, she had her grandparents arrive at our final meeting to serve as witnesses for us as we signed our documents. That nice touch made us feel as if we were at a family get together instead of being attendances at a sterile business meeting. In short, Ms. Coburn handles her job with a journeymans aplomb that is rare these days and adds a personal touch that cant help but be appreciated.
