1 /5 Victoria Flores: Imagine it’s the day your payment is due your at work, and you get a phone call at 10:30am asking when you plan on paying! You have made all your payments and been submitting them online and they call you like you haven’t paid or your late. I will pay off this loan and never use them again. Completely ridiculous!

1 /5 MANDI M: The website tells you to go in to complete process and they will help you. I got there and 2 ladies in office and 1 customer in front of me. I was informed they only talk to you by phone or appointment only. They stated they were completely booked for today. No where on the door or website does it state this.
