1 /5 Jael Jamison: Called and spoke with Laron to follow up on my credit repair since there was not showing any activity. This lady speaks to you very unprofessional, and I highly do not recommend her. $250 for one month down the drain.
Response to false reply statement:
I had 1 deletion and 1 charge off and the deletion was from me calling and speaking with the supervisor of the emergency room where I had the outstanding bill. Im not sure why you are insisting on fabricating your story, as I also have an email from you pertaining to what Ive stated.
I called you asking for an update as it has been over a month and I have not seen any activity after sending you $250. You proceeded to tell me that it was time to check my credit score report. After you saw that it was loaded YOU spoke to me in a demeaning (aggressive attitude) way stating not to refresh my credit score IQ report as that is how you see what has been deleted. YOU never once told me I was not allowed to check my IQ report or that I was not to refresh It to see what was going on with my report. YOU were the one with the bad, snippy attitude. About the emergency room bill and one charge off from that previous month, nothing from your services had taken care of either 2. After you told me about you had two deletions on my report you proceeded to say Im not sure what your attitude was for, I then proceeded to tell you that you will not speak to me in that manner as I was just inquiring why there was no activity since I started services with you over a month ago. Then I proceeded to ask to speak with your supervisor and you hung the phone up on me. I did not realize you were the unprofessional Owner of such Business. I highly suggest you take Professional manner classes on how you speak to your clients and assist them. Strongly do not recommend your services.
