1 /5 Tedd Shockey: not happy at all. I made my June payment on June 5th and got a confirmation number and receipt in my email. Then on June 13 I get a phone call from them that I couldnt answer so I got on their website and it says I didnt make Junes payment. I pay again with a late fee and get another confirmation number. and receipt in my email. I should have checked my email before paying the second time cause I knew I had paid it and no I wasnt behind on payments. These people are account drainers and need to figure something out. This could affect my credit so be careful taking a loan from this place. Update: they really did me wrong this time. I took out a consolidation loan from another finance company and this is one of the loans to pay off. I got a check in the mail for $1000 cause of paying off early and saved on interest but guess what? They pulled a fast one and didnt cash the check from the other finance company and now I owe them the $1000 back. I think they did that on purpose cause they werent going to make that off the loan interest or higher up management told them to do this to make the money on the loan and not accept the payoff check after they already sent the saved interest check to me.. Why would you send me a check for the interest I saved and then not cash the check from the other finance company. Shady practices !!! Period !!! I wonder how many other people they done shady things like this to.

1 /5 Kayla B: Guys beware! They get there money by adding on these extra “insurances” that they charge you for &’ thats how the staff get their bonuses so they try to run it over quickly &’ really push it so they can get their bonus!
