5 /5 Judith M: I love the convenience of being able to get my repairs done locally. Water pump went out and repairs got done. I just wish they had a rental car agency that worked out of this dealership. Being without any transportation for 7 days is rough. Thank you Joe and your service team for getting my jeep back on the road.

My 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been at Bonham Chrysler for over a month for repair as it would not start one morning. ** WELL, IT SURE WILL NOT START NOW!!!! ** It has not been fixed yet!! No one called to give reports or updates. We had to make all calls & go check on it. I have had a roll-back wrecker come and pick it up today to take it somewhere else as apparently, they cannot repair it!! My driver door gasket is pulled off, parts removed and are scattered everywhere in it!! I am appalled at the service or NON-SERVICE that I received, except to take my car apart!!! I am now going to have to pay someone else to repair what Bonham Chrysler has done to my 2013 Jeep Cherokee. Attached are photos of what my car looked like on the inside today as it was being picked up & towed!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BONHAM CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE !!! I hope that I can get my car repaired!!!

5 /5 Neil Goode: I have only had to have two warranty repairs on my vehicle since I have owned it. Both times the closer Jeep Dealerships had no clue what they were doing. But Bonham had their program on target. Both times Joe diagnosed my issue just by listening to me, then tested to confirm. Then repairs were both done same the day it was promised. You cannot ask for better service. If you need actual help with your vehicle, drive to Bonham. You will not be sorry.

1 /5 Yareli Mendoza: I purchased a vehicle in July 2024 and proceeded to get warranty just to make sure they didnt sell me a car later on would cause issues, 4 months later I see I have no problems and decide to cancel the warranty I know able to cancel the warranty and get a sum back Ive gotten to know the vehicle and have no issues I see no reason to have it anymore, its October I call and sent a email no one does anything and Im getting runarounds for months that they are working on it, and that they did cancel it in October and its just the refund, mind you lve done this before with Toyota and never had this problem before I even addressed that with them,l have proof of everything. We are in may now after months of calling and even confronting them in store Come to find out they never even canceled the warranty when they stated that they did in October but my issue was the "refund" and was the cooperate or the warranty who was the issue. Ive tried to speak to manager and left voicemail and never received any calls. The warranty told me if they would of canceled it like I told them back in October I would of gotten a full refund, they had intentions on not telling me the truth and not get anything back.

5 /5 Tom Worley: Made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived the service advisor came right and got me set up. I went to the waiting area and in 45 minutes the service was complete. I could not be more happy with the service I received.
