1 /5 Yareli Mendoza: I purchased a vehicle in July 2024 and proceeded to get warranty just to make sure they didnt sell me a car later on would cause issues, 4 months later I see I have no problems and decide to cancel the warranty I know able to cancel the warranty and get a sum back
Ive gotten to know the vehicle and have no issues I see no reason to have it anymore, its October I call and sent a email no one does anything and Im getting runarounds for months that they are working on it, and that they did cancel it in October and its just the refund, mind you lve done this before with Toyota and never had this problem before I even addressed that with them,l have proof of everything.
We are in may now after months of calling and even confronting them in store Come to find out they never even canceled the warranty when they stated that they did in October but my issue was the "refund" and was the cooperate or the warranty who was the issue. Ive tried to speak to manager and left voicemail and never received any calls. The warranty told me if they would of canceled it like I told them back in October I would of gotten a full refund, they had intentions on not telling me the truth and not get anything back.
