1 /5 Taofeek Adedokun: I had a very disappointing experience at Regions Bank while trying to cash a cashier’s check issued by the bank itself. Despite it being their own guaranteed instrument, they refused to cash it unless I opened an account. Even more frustrating, they said they had to order the cash on Wednesday, and it wouldn’t be available for pickup until Friday. This is unacceptable for a guaranteed instrument issued by the bank itself.
The process felt deliberately difficult and designed to pressure non-customers into opening accounts. Poor service, unnecessary delays, and lack of professionalism—definitely not a bank I would recommend.
