1 /5 Shannon Hofer: Needed to withdraw money from ATM and all of them all either missing or not working. I cant access the one in the lobby either. This is highly inconvenient. Regions needs to bring back actual human tellers too!

5 /5 Valerie Baker: While visiting Regions Bank Rosenberg branch I needed assistance with a mortgage issue. The representative I encountered by the name of Alan Graves has absolutely made my day!! Mr. Graves had gone beyond the call of duty in helping with my issue that will hopefully get resolved soon. His courteousness, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help me with a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with his daily duties. Its becoming very rare to receive exceptional customer service now days, but this gentleman at this Regions branch exceeded my expectations and Im truly grateful for his superior customer service today. Great job & thank you Mr. Graves!! I hope your superiors know what a valuable team member you are!!! Im very thankful!

5 /5 MEENA VIJ: I have nothing but compliments for the staff of this bank. They are all courteous, professional and extremely helpful. The branch building is neat as a pin. Processes and procedures are customer friendly. The on-site ATM is very conveniently located and accessible in a safe manner. I have had an excellent experience here, and I don’t give praise easily.

1 /5 Taofeek Adedokun: I had a very disappointing experience at Regions Bank while trying to cash a cashier’s check issued by the bank itself. Despite it being their own guaranteed instrument, they refused to cash it unless I opened an account. Even more frustrating, they said they had to order the cash on Wednesday, and it wouldn’t be available for pickup until Friday. This is unacceptable for a guaranteed instrument issued by the bank itself. The process felt deliberately difficult and designed to pressure non-customers into opening accounts. Poor service, unnecessary delays, and lack of professionalism—definitely not a bank I would recommend.
