1 /5 James Ochoa: Very bad communication, they never answer the phone, the answering machine says to leave a message, they call you back and they never call you, its not fair that you have to drive 1 hour and a half just to get information about my taxes, its not fair, theyre not professional. terrible attention
1 /5 Billy Lewing: The worker who now doesnt work there messed up my sons title paperwork by writing on it and so the county office itself flagged it and wont fix their own mistake. Now he has to try to figure out how to get some paper filled out on the vehicle and it ran to make sure he didnt steal his own vehicle all while they say he has to take it an hour away to another county for that and risk getting a ticket for a mistake the guy working made. Liberty wont help at all and have emails and phone calls from the numbers they gave saying to call and email saying that its liberty mistake liberty has to fix so yeah bad office bad worker bad everything
1 /5 Marisa Bell: I’m putting 2 stars because this exhausting experience only lasted about 30 minutes. Aside from being quick, the service here is awful. The younger woman was sweet and patient, but Anita was so rude and inconsiderate, I felt the need to let her and her manager know I did not appreciate her attitude towards me. Especially after seeing her smirk when I explained to her why I was unhappy with her service. All she had to say was “ that’s not my fault, not my problem!” Rude. This place makes you feel screwed if you don’t ask the right questions. I wound up having to pay more to get my truck’s title in my name. I didn’t need a gift form because I didn’t get the truck from family. But I mistakenly put $1500 instead of $500 on the amount the truck cost me, raising the amount I’d be paying. Anita was uncompromising and rude about fixing the mistake before any payments were made. THIS COULD HAVE ALL BEEN AVOIDED had Anita been doing her job when I asked her what amount I should put down for my GIFTED/FREE truck. I even repeated FREE multiple times. I left this spot in the application blank because I wasn’t sure. She pushed the papers back at me and left me unadvised. Please fire unenthusiastic staff members. Matter of fact, 1 star should show just how important this is. Ruined my day. Now I need a coffee.

Well not so much issues with appointments and stuff for transferring out of state registration . But let me tell you customer service sucked .in Florida never had no issues the people are polite .I was helped by this black female in the office that was almost end of the desk isle and she was not helpful she had a bad attitude looks like she was annoyed that i didn’t fill paperwork right its my first time doing this in Tx so she just tossed me the papers like whatever she was just rude .’’Disgusting how people have no matters and don’t help .If they dont want to do your job quit and stop being lazy from now on doing this stuff online awful”.
nanis Reta I have the delight of talking to the workers they work with you and have great customer service. They are friendly and clean office not rude like other loan places.
Cheryl Crowder Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasnt charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!
