5 /5 Cheryl Crowder: Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasnt charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!

1 /5 Emerald Shorter: Everytime I do a mobile deposit , my mobile banking is locked and card locked because they find a reason to need to go and investigate each check. One being a Treasury check which was ridiculous. So inconvenient and ends up taking days to have my money. Thinking about going back to my old bank where this was never a issue .
