1 /5 Armando Castro: Sketchy how they tell you that you have been approved over the phone, they ask you to bring in neccessary paperwork(which I did) yesterday Tuesday, Feb.10,2025 and when you get there, they tell you they cant approve you because of income not meeting requirements, I applied online, got a call back from RociĂł and was clearly asked if I wanted to proceed with the application, which I told them, yes. Supplied the neccessary information to RociĂł over the phone and told me she would call me back with a response, which she did and was told clearly by her that my application WAS APPROVED and just to come into office with neccessary paperwork, when I got there, VerĂłnica, the assisant mgr took care of me since RociĂł was busy with another customer. Short story VerĂłnica told me they coludnt approve me because of my income not meeting requirenents, wich its fine, dont have a problem with that, I supplied proof of extra income and have not gotten a response to a yes or no approval. Just know not to waste a cuatomers time to go in with required papaerwork after being told you were approved over the phone and to tell you they cant approve you when you get there in person. Totally unproffessional business that doesnt honer their word. Took my business somewhere else where they honer their word of APPROVED.
