1 /5 Mychal Arredondo: They need to be more cash payment friendly if they are going to charge you for making a payment with your debit card because they dont have money available to give change when someone pays with cash to avoid the almost 3 dollar surcharge for paying your bill. Shame and disgusting abuse of payment latitudes. Dont receipts normally have balances and number of payments for a payoff? Really disappointed.

1 /5 Carlos Daniel Garcia Ruiz: Today we had a horrible service by female worker "Garcia". She didnt want to say her first name since it was over the phone. I really hope calls are recorded because I asked to speak with the manager and they said shell be back from vacations on monday. Ms. Garcia was extremely rude and unprofessional during the phone call. She wouldnt let us talk. Kept talking over us and even hung up the call. Like I said, I hope they record their calls because I will go on monday to speak with the manager about the incident and I want her to hear the phone call recorded. In fact, I asked if the phone call was being recorded and they said yes. I even recorded her rudeness with my phone just in case. She shouldnt be there if she doesnt know how to communicate right with customers that are just trying to fix something on an account. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GARCIA.
Joshua Horton Cameron and his team at First Financial were incredible. They were helpful every step of the way. I had been in talks with him about the loan process for an extended period and had several attempts that ended up not being the right fit over a year time-frame. He was always encouraging, quick to help, and had great insight. The home we closed on eventually needed a rapid turnaround on the loan, and he was clear about what we could do and put in the effort to help us get closed quicker than expected. His clear and timely responses coupled with his genuine interest and excitement for us was a big part of the process being such a positive experience.
Tonya Chronicallyillsoldier Beaumont is a beautiful place. Only been once but enjoyed all that we saw and did. Embassy Suites was nice and so was my first time being at a Pappadeauxs. Loved Gator Country and the bowling alley we visited. Scenery was nice. Loved the downtown area of Beaumont.

I have used them exclusively for my money management for the past 20 years - they have handled my 401K, financial planning, investment, life insurance, retirement planning, and now college planning. They know how to make your money work for you.
Danny Flores Mr. Jett is very knowledgeable in the financial industry but more importantly his listens to his clients financial goals and risk tolerance. Jett Financial Services took over my 401k in February of 2025 and my account is doing very well to date. He seems to find hidden pockets of financial opportunity that benefits me and my family.
