The two lovely ladies at the front, Estela Ramos and Lizza Griffith are the best customer service bankers you could ever ask for. If I had more money. I’d be in here more often. 5 /5 Susan Bell: RRCU is by far the best bank I’ve ever had. From day one everyone has always been so nice and helpful. But, I definitely have to give a shoutout to Melanie, she’s the absolute best. My sister in law referred her to me, and I’m so happy she did. Melanie has been so great to work with. She makes it so easy to talk to her and explain what you need. She’s prompt when responding and getting things taken care of.
