Talia Galaviz I have had a pleasure of being a member for almost ten years. I now live out of town and continue to bank with them. I have had accounts elsewhere, and they can’t compare to the service I have received here. PTFCU has been helpful in many areas. They are there in emergencies and daily needs. Always willing to go above and beyond for each and every member. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know they are taken care of, understood and can walk in and be known by name.

Chad went above and beyond to make sure I stayed, they knocked down my rate to a more affordable rate for my budget, the agents truly care about their customers, if I could give his 10 stars I would, but unfortunately all Google gives me is 5, God bless yall and thanks for being a insurance company that treats their customers like family.

Anony Muss I’m pretty sure this bank is running a sort of Ponzi scheme, or at the very least robbing Peter to pay Paul kind of deal. I deposit my check every week. Every Sunday the ATM says my account is empty, and the ladies inside say “yep everything adds up…you spent all of your money”. However, between Tuesday and Thursday half of my paycheck shows up in my account (depending on how much they take out to cover other people’s expenses and let me keep). I’m going to ask the FDIC and BBB to investigate.
