Malea Harvey I absolutely love this branch. Celeste is so helpful with all your banking needs. Whether you have an account or your looking for information she really goes above and beyond. I really prefer using this branch to the other one the customer service far exceeds the other branch. The tellers here really try to help you and dont look put out . I also really like the new building it feels so fresh and clean.

Ryan Crawford Interior is nice and comfortable but the account managers are very rude and act like their above their own clients as well as have no care for their clients security or personal information. If you want your account safe or treated like your a human being go anywhere else.

Armand Hernandez When it comes to understanding and managing finances I’ve never been too good with it. But for Angel Escobedo it’s his first language. I’m very impressed and grateful for the amount of help he single handedly gave me. Angel broke down every term into its basic elements and made someone who’s never been great with money understand it better than I ever have in my life. I definitely recommend setting up a meeting with him to get further insight or just learn something that will help you. With Mr Escobedo on my team, I have all the confidence I need moving forward and planning for my future with my investments and planning for retirement.

Susan Baker The Dean of Students Kristin Walker went out of her way to ensure that my daughter got into the program she wanted. When we had trouble with financial aid, she personally went with us to the aid office and made sure that the paperwork was submitted. Her compassion and kindness was very welcoming and it made us feel this organization truly cares about its students. There customer service went above and beyond. Great Job Navarro College!!!
