I am a businessman, owning several companies, and I have numerous needs from my bank and at this time, Chase Bank is not fulfilling those needs.

The experience began when I made a phone call to the bank, and a real person spoke with me, not a computer with a menu of options. It then continued as the receptionist guided me to the right person that could take care of my needs. After setting an appointment , I met with Jaimie Vasquez, the senior branch manager who spent a great deal of time understanding my businesses and personal banking needs. He also included a conference call with another specialist that was
helpful. Today finding a bank with financial strength while serving their clients with real people, not computers is a rare find that I can highly recommend.
