Joshua Fuentes I had a huge problem with my account this week (like a -1000.00 problem). I was freaking out like never before so went in to see about fixing this. I dont know if you could see it in my face that I was stressed out about this or what but Beatrice Posadas jumped in head first and got my account back where it was supposed to be by the end of the day. She went above and beyond by calling me through out the day with updates until this was resolved. She definitely needs a raise for her outstanding dedication to prosperity customers.

Jay S Ever since they’ve moved to the fiber optic there is no comparison. I work from home and have kids who game and the speed is great. As well as absolutely no buffering. ever. Which we had a significant amount of with our previous internet company. If you’re interested or questioning your decision. Just do it.
