InterBank - Childress (TX)

1 /5 Roa Mi: We have tried to open an account with this bank TWICE already, and all I got from them were excuses, which I consider are even over their right as a bank. First, they told my husband they couldnt open an account for him because hes a US resident, and not a citizen. Next time, I went, and they told me they couldnt open an account for me because I owe taxes to the county! What does that have to do with banking here??? Anyways, the good thing is I found a great bank in town that will offer their services to us without bias. ;)

1 /5 Anna Baker: This bank is very inconsiderate of other peoples families. Me and my husband had opened an account with this bank, only to find out that they locked us out of our account the day we were moving, and made a hardship for us out of nowhere. We have been banking with them for four months, my husband makes decent money, so any unpaid debts are always paid, not to mention the thirty dollars withdrawal fee we pay like every other week. Be careful when using this bank because not only do they use their "authority" of running a bank they will weasel their way in and lock you out from your money and not even give you a call to tell you. Theyll do it on the day tour check gets desposited to. This is a local bank so if you do decide to bank here your choices are limited if you travel like me and my husband do. This is a poor excuse for an establishment and the staff is rude when they attempt to shut you down. We will be finding a national Bank from now on. Preferebly a BB&t. Thanks and sorry for this bad review but it is what it is.

She helped me choose the right kind of account, suitable for my needs. We also addressed some issues that may arise, and how would we resolve those items. I appreciate the way she handled the setting. I think all of us just want that personal touch we used to get.. this is the bNk to choose. Thanks Nikki from Interbank
