1 /5 Rudy Guajardo: Attempted to get additional coverage for a very important situation that required it, was told that someone else would call me back. 3 days later I had no response so I called Allstate directly to ask for assistance. They reached out to this office to explain what I needed and they told the main office they understood. As soon as the main office left me on the line with them they once again told me that they needed to have someone else call me back. Absolute circus of an office and I would be embarrassed to have my name on it. I would pay double the cost of my current policy to never have to deal with them again.

1 /5 David Herrera: Not really thrilled with them they said I would save some money which I did but at the expense of not having other coverages that are important and when asked how much to add them well them I should of stayed with my old insurance, which come October thats where Im going back too.

1 /5 Cuellar Ilianna (Vane): It’s clear that they are very un professional, Mr Martinez himself is very rude. Changing and editing insurance policies with out proper documentation!! All state the company is great but agent Martinez office is terrible !!!
