Kenneth Easley Mrs.Bennett is a true professional. During a very convoluted and complicated custody case she was very straightforward, understanding, and caring about the situation. She will do what she has to do to make sure that you feel well represented. I never once felt that she dropped the ball for me. She was well prepared and made me feel like I didnt have to do much legwork at all. Lawyers, get a bad rap. Especially when a case might not go your way. Lawyers can only do their job. The rest is in a jury or judges hands. I never once felt I was getting the runaround. I highly recommend Kate Bennett and her team. Some lawyers do have a conscience. Thank you, Kate.

I am an attorney and have dealt with the Paul Robbins law office several times over the years, though we are in different areas of the State, and we are almost always on opposite sides. This is a longstanding, "old school" law firm that operates with grace and class while still tirelessly, smartly, and ferociously representing its clients interests, and that truly cares for its clients and being a good citizen in its community. That is not to say that we always agree, because we dont. But when we dont I am assured that their position is one that is well thought out and researched, firmly held, and that will be competently and professionally presented. In the realm of litigation these are, or should be, prized qualities for anyone seeking legal representation. I was not asked to write this review and no one knows I am now writing it; I am writing it because it is true. While many attorneys and law offices have these same qualities, some do not and I think it is worth pointing out those who do when I have personal knowledge of them.

He reviewed my paperwork and then gave me the answers that I needed. He saved me a lot of time and money by explaining what I should and shouldnt do. Jessica Allgood-Santiago I have been in a 6 plus year custody battle that is very complexed and complicated. There are 3 joint managing conservators. So you know my background with attorneys. I have dealt with Sheila Shea, John Nix, Britton Brooks, Linzie Rossler, and Joe Neal Smith. I have nothing bad to say about any of these attorneys and are thankful for the part they played in our custody battle. They are all capable and good attorneys as why we hired them. However Joe Neal Smith is my favorite. He was able to mediate quickly and effectively in my most recent custody case. He told me what I needed to hear and didn’t over sell it. He was upfront and grounded. He is experienced and that showed! He was willing to do whatever I wanted, but helped me see what needed to be done and how to do it. Recently, I went back to court to collect money owed. I self represented as well as one of the other party. Not sure how exactly it happened but it did, the opposing attorney was not cooperating in my opinion as the judge had directed us. Joe shows up and stepped in and got my order pushed through. Let me be clear the only reason I didn’t hire Joe for this case was because I wasn’t going to pay any attorney $4k to try to collect 8k that even if I won there was no guarantee I would ever see the money. However Joe cares about you and showed that. I was able to win and get compensated. This was mainly due to Joe stepping in on his time and helping out. Joe thank you will never be enough!
