3 /5 Rosemary Mukundi: Honestly, I’m disappointed with the services since they were lots of back and forth plus it’s hard to get a hold of them let alone have them get back to you. I basically got my case started with them which took months until I had to show up in-person after several failed calls and not hearing back from them only to be told that my process hasn’t been started to begin with since apparently I had to sign a contract with them (mind you they’ve already been paid and all and with all the calls they never bother to reach out to me with that information). My word of advise: I would think twice before asking them for help.

My mom hired them in 2017 and for the past 8 years I have had nothing but bad experiences any questions we have we can’t talk to the attorney he’s always “busy” and his incompetent team NEVER have an answer to our questions! I have left many messages and never get a call back! I have left bad reviews on FB and they finally message me and asked me to delete it and they would help! They sent a request to USCIS and they sent back an email stating they couldn’t help because no A# was included!! And after I email them to fix the issue and resend the request they NEVER got back! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
