1 /5 Climmie Nash: 0 stars !!!!! If I could !!!! I was searching for auto insurance for my son Craig Nash’s vehicle .We live in Lufkin Texas . I called local office and was transferred to Waco office , I spoke to Jasmine and took out a policy on the 24th of July late that evening I called her back to cancel the policy . She let me talk to other employee . I held on the phone while she called the insurance Company to cancel the policy . She came back and told me it had been Canceled and he would receive his refunded in a few days in the mail. On the 30Th of July the insurance company text me stating a premium was coming due , So I called Venture and told them it had been canceled by Remco our agent .Come to find out we had been lied to by Remco , Them and the insurance company kept all of the money $ 316.00 that was paid to take out the insurance with . So if you searching do not use Remco for your agent because you will be lied too and ripped off . Jasmine is avoiding my calls and e-mails poor customer service .

5 /5 Amy Longoria: After being insurance with one of those big fancy insurance companies, I decided to get a quote with my local Agent. Not only was she able to find me a lower more affordable rate but was also able to include the extras (rental and towing). The agent explained all the coverages in detail and answered all questions that I had in regards to my policy. She was very friendly and had a lot of patience with me. I always tend to make sure that I understand completely what I am obligating myself to. I would definitely recommend this Agency.
