5 /5 Heather Thomas: I have heard great things about this company. I decided to ask them to help me with my taxes. They were very fast and friendly. I was very pleased with the service they provided. I plan on using them to help me catch up with my previous year tax returns as well as next year. Thank you Portland Financial.

1 /5 Brandi Cueva: Do not waste your time or money! Sometimes you get the money they promise you sometimes you don’t. I paid them $300 for a Tax Amendment in February of 2024. The IRS has yet to receive my amendment. Getting anything done with this company is impossible!! Also don’t trust them to file your income taxes. A family member of mine did their taxes with this company and received $10,000 which is strange because they always have to pay. They are in their 50s and have no dependents. So they took their paper work to their accountant because they felt something was off. The accountant said “yes this is not right, I don’t know what these people did but this is completely wrong”. All the people in the reviews are happy because they have money but it might bite them back. It’s scary because if they IRS comes looking for answers this company will not help you or have your best interest. I basically gave them $300. Don’t do it..

5 /5 Roxy Ortiz: The experience that I had at Portland financial was phenomenal I did not expect it I was not looking forward to doing my taxes because prior experience with tax turbo and tax groups charged and shorted me. I was very hesitant but surprisingly brought me to tears on how much money I got back how kind and fast they were an understanding and caring. It literally felt like a blessing from God I would recommend them 100% and I will be surely going back every single year. Thank you Mary you are a blessing from God through my storm.

5 /5 Tina Zuniga: Ive been coming to them since 2023 gives you the whole amount your supposed to get and did my amendment gets you back what youre own their the best I ever had came to and employees are kind and respectful

1 /5 Barbara Tibbitts: Used them for three years now every time my refund is delayed. Now this year, my refund has been delayed since January and I have been trying to contact Mary. She does not answer the phone. They don’t return calls.
