Came here accidentally and was talked to rudely by your receptionist. Her tone was one of irritation and condescension, and displayed unprofessionalism, even if I wasnt there for business purposes.
Donald Heath I have been a client of Morgan Stanley for 18+ years. For various reasons we chose to change firms. 2019 service fees of $325 were charged in December, understandable, we owed them, but then $375 for service fees for 2020. That is only 15 to 17 days for these fees. I am disappointed and I am sorry that I did not leave Morgan Stanley sooner!
