5 /5 Mariah A. Escobar: This insurance agency is incredible. My agent, Brianna made this exceptionally easy. I was in and out and left with a great policy. In the past I’ve always struggled with finding my own quotes and trying to find deals on my own, and dealing with companies has not been worth the time wasted. It’s honestly so much easier to pay them a visit in person at this agency and have everything worked on in person. They answer all of your questions, give you all the information regarding your rates and they go out of their way to help you. So professional, hospitable and genuinely helpful, I cannot recommend them enough!

Brianna from Peridot was able to find me a more competitive price than what I was originally paying! Thank you Brianna for the major stress relief!

2 /5 Gerard LoRusso: Not good. At first Brianna was v helpful but later on when I needed to make some changes, she was difficult to reach. Since shes the only insurance person in the office it was her or no-one (to help me). When I finally did speak to her, she said she was pregnant about to deliver. I wanted to ask her if her insurance business comes to a halt being pregnant with no one to answer or fill in?..but I didnt. I waited about 6 weeks & kept calling but no-one ever picked up. Id leave messages & sent emails which she ignored. This went on for another month or so until I took my business elsewhere. I hate leaving a bad review but Briana made zero effort before during & after this ordeal, no apology, call back or email, Nada!!! I probably would have left her 1 star if it were not for the fact that her Dad who I had met a few times, is a wonderful guy.

5 /5 Adrian Lujan: Great customer service, very attentive and knowledgeable. Great location inside Key Office Center, very professional! Brianna is willing to meet with you at any time knowing that people often get off of work late. If you ever have any questions at any time of the date she’ll be there because her customers are the number one priority
