Monica Amaya First I would like to say how blessed I was to have a aggressive and very sincere lawyer like Mo Idlibby at The Immigration Law Firm. He was very honest from the start. He fought a very tough battle for my husband who at the time was being held in a ICE detention center in Georgia, states away from our home, during the holiday season .Other lawyers would not even give him a chance.Attorney Mo Idlibby told me that he would fight only as hard as I was willing. No it was not easy and but it was sooooo worth it. My husband was looking at 10 years of never able to return to the states. He also had many other things going against. Really one of the most difficult cases for immigration. But thank God my attorney Mo Idlibby fought tooth and nail. Michael Friedman Reply to review by Kayla Agee: On 3/21/25 Michael Friedman was hired to represent Kaylas boyfriend, who is incarcerated for 20 years in the Texas prison system in a case out of Hunt County. The purpose of the employment was to get an unrelated drug case in Bowie County concluded so that any sentence from Bowie County would run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. Upon request by Michael Friedman after plea negotiations, a Zoom hearing was scheduled by the Bowie County District Court at which the boyfriend pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years to run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. A court order to that effect was entered on June 13, whereby the Bowie County case was wrapped up and Michael Friedmans representation for that purpose was concluded. Several weeks later Michael Friedman was contacted by Kayla inquiring why the Texas prison system had not yet acknowledged the Bowie County sentencing order. Michael Friedman told her that he did not know the answer to that, but he would contact the Bowie County Clerk to find out. Kayla said she had already done that and began a tirade about the representation. Michael Friedman unilaterally terminated her call. Kayla immediately called again and continued her tirade with profanity. Michael Friedman told her that he had done what he was hired to do, that she was not his client, and that he did not intend to listen or talk to her any further. Michael Friedman then unilaterally terminated the call. Michael Friedman then contacted the Bowie County District Clerk and was advised that the Bowie County court order had been filed on June 16, that the Texas prison system had been duly notified in accordance with the clerks standard procedures, and that no additional legal procedure was necessary.

Kenneth Easley Mrs.Bennett is a true professional. During a very convoluted and complicated custody case she was very straightforward, understanding, and caring about the situation. She will do what she has to do to make sure that you feel well represented. I never once felt that she dropped the ball for me. She was well prepared and made me feel like I didnt have to do much legwork at all. Lawyers, get a bad rap. Especially when a case might not go your way. Lawyers can only do their job. The rest is in a jury or judges hands. I never once felt I was getting the runaround. I highly recommend Kate Bennett and her team. Some lawyers do have a conscience. Thank you, Kate.

Heather R Nolte Kim Pinkerton went above and beyond! My husband and I had a legal issue come up that his previous lawyer had failed to complete (I will not name him because I do not want to even promote his firm). After almost a year he was still dragging it out! We tried constantly to get in touch with him as it was going to completely destroy our chances at purchasing our home with the closing date coming quickly! We were referred to Kim and absolutely could not fathom ever finding someone that went straight to work and got all of it done within days! Less than a week at that! If you are stuck with a worthless attorney or are looking for an attorney DO NOT PASS THIS FIRM UP! I promise you will be beyond satisfied!
