Upon contacting Patterson, I was impressed on how the consultation proceded and the interest in which Tina listened to what I had to say intently and with interest. I was still home bound due to my injuries, so a road trip to their offices were out of the question. So, all the initial paperwork and interviews were over the phone. I cant say enough about my treatment. The whole Patterson team worked together, and someone was always available to take my calls or answer my questions. Upon my first visit to the Patterson Law offices, I was introduced to everyone . Not just a secretary or a legal assistant. Everyone was very friendly and expressed true interest in my case. Every question was answered in a way that I understood. I was kept up to date on everything. Upon settling my case, I truly felt I had been served well.
