Warren My first Experience Calling Chad Jones law Firm, I spoke with the lady by the name of Monica. She was very professional helpful attentive and reassuring that I would be represented to the fullest potential firm would offer. My first day calling she scheduled me for a consultation the very next day. My first impression so far of this Law Firm is very good and I will keep this feed updated as we progress through with the process.

Kelli Eagle Sarah is AMAZING and the staff is very nice and helpful. I didn’t get to use Sarah as long as I hoped ( complicated matter across state lines) but there’s no doubt that I wouldn’t call her if I ever needed her help in Austin. I’ve used another attorney in the past in Austin and he’s great but Sarah seemed to really wanted to help in ways I didn’t even consider when involving my case. I felt lost and no one was advocating for me until I met Sarah. If I know anyone that needs a law firm, there’s no hesitation that I’ll refer them to this law firm. You will not regret retaining Sarah.

Robert Casados Outstanding! Mr. Powell immediately put my mind at ease. I initially left a message and Mr. Powell returned my call promptly. Mr. Powell and his staff were quick and thorough. Anytime I had a question, Lindsay was on top of it. My ex wife lawyer was dragging her feet and making multiple mistakes during the final decree process. Mr. Powell and his staff not only corrected the other attorneys mistakes but took lead on the whole thing and got it finished correctly. Mr. Powell advised me he would meet me at court at 8:15am to prove it up. He was not even a minute late. He had gone through security and was standing in front of me at exactly 8:15am. Divorces are already stressful and difficult, between custody, small business issues and all of the little things, I was able to relax a bit more knowing I had Mr. Powell and his team in my corner. I have already decided to use him again for another matter and will be recommending him to anyone who needs an efficient, honest, and kind attorney who gets the job done and puts the client first.
