5 /5 Kelli Eagle: Sarah is AMAZING and the staff is very nice and helpful. I didn’t get to use Sarah as long as I hoped ( complicated matter across state lines) but there’s no doubt that I wouldn’t call her if I ever needed her help in Austin. I’ve used another attorney in the past in Austin and he’s great but Sarah seemed to really wanted to help in ways I didn’t even consider when involving my case. I felt lost and no one was advocating for me until I met Sarah. If I know anyone that needs a law firm, there’s no hesitation that I’ll refer them to this law firm. You will not regret retaining Sarah.

Instead, I encountered persistent breakdowns in communication, lack of follow-through, and minimal initiative from my attorney. On several occasions, I was forced to draft my own legal correspondence after being ignored—only for it to be sent without further action or clarification. Most concerningly, I was not adequately informed of the legal consequences of signing a key document, despite raising specific concerns. I was left to discover the impact after the fact—something I never would have agreed to had I been properly advised. When I expressed confusion or urgency, I was met with dismissiveness or delayed responses, rather than solutions. While the firm may argue their legal advice was intended to avoid escalation, they offered no practical alternatives or protective measures when I expressed discomfort or risk. Another attorney in the firm candidly admitted that some key steps were overlooked and that my concerns were valid—confirming what I had suspected all along. In the end, I felt unprotected, under-informed, and responsible for managing the very case I was paying someone else to handle. I would caution others to seek representation elsewhere, especially if your situation demands clarity, assertiveness, and consistent legal support.
